I just took a look at the rubrics and I am very impressed. This is the type of practical documents that departments can use. 

Kudos to the authors. 

I also like the effort to get certification program going. Let me know if you are looking for departments to pilot this effort. I could ask my department if they are willing.

"The greatest challenge we have faced was gaining faculty buy-in at the beginning of our change process.  We have since overcome the obstacles (largely due to retirements) and are on our way, but the process was a long and winding road."
