Hi Pamela - I saw your report about the video not working - sorry to hear you're having problems.

The videos are hosted by a company called Vimeo - if you go to, you should see various public videos (like on YouTube). If they don't play, then hopefully the Vimeo site may have some advice as to what add-ons you need. Please drop me another note if you find manage to find anything out from there.
