I'm glad you're enjoying your job. There are some compensations to being in charge, as you know, that go along with the headaches.
I'm well, and back into being an Associate Dean, as I was eons ago at Pomona. I've just started and the dean is in her second year, so I'm not sure exactly how my role will pan out, but we're both interested in making some major changes here, though it often seems like trying to turn an aircraft carrier. You move the wheel and nothing seems to happen.
