Join a stellar group of colleagues from across the nation to advance our understanding of what it takes to change undergraduate biology programs systemically and to catalyze novel directions for future research at this NEW Gordon Research Conference.
We invite biology researchers and biologists who teach, science education researchers, introductory biology program directors, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, science education leaders from two-year and four-year institutions, faculty development program directors, science teacher educators, scientific society leaders, representatives from higher education associations, and administrators at all types of undergraduate institutions to apply.
Discussion Sessions Topics:
There will also be three poster sessions during which time you will have the opportunity to discuss your work with all UBER participants. All attendees will have an opportunity to submit a poster presentation, however, there is a limited number of available slots.
Some funding will be available to help defray costs of attending the UBER meeting, based on need. An updated program with invited session speakers will be posted in December 2014. See link in this event posting for more information and application information.
